Thank you for choosing Daymaniat Tours. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@daymaniat.com or by calling +968 9324 2383.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 72 hours before the tour date:
  Full refund will be issued.

• 24 to 72 hours before the tour date:
  50% refund of the total amount.

• Less than 24 hours before the tour date or no-show:
  No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Daymaniat Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:

• Bad weather or unsafe sea conditions

• Technical issues

• Minimum passenger requirements not met

• Any other unforeseen operational circumstances

In such cases, you will be offered:

• A full refund

• Or the option to reschedule your tour to another available date

3. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as permits or optional add-ons (e.g., donut/sofa boat, special catering), may be non-refundable once booked. This will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Late Arrivals & No Shows

Late arrivals and no-shows will be considered cancellations. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
