Welcome to Daymaniat Tours! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the booking of any tours or services we provide. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by email, or via phone/WhatsApp.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.

• Final payment must be made before the tour date unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are listed in OMR (Omani Rial) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: full refund.

  • Less than 48 hours: no refund.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Operator cancellations: In the event of cancellations due to weather or safety concerns, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to tour routes, departure times, or services due to weather, safety, or other operational factors.

4. Tour Participation

• Customers must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the guide.

• We reserve the right to deny boarding or participation to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

5. Age & Health Requirements

• Some activities (e.g., snorkeling or scuba diving) may not be suitable for children under 6 years or individuals with certain health conditions.

• Please consult with us before booking if you have medical concerns or special requirements.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Daymaniat Tours and its staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from participation in our tours.

• Customers participate at their own risk. It is strongly recommended to have travel insurance.

7. Personal Belongings

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the tour. Please avoid bringing valuables unless necessary.

8. Photography & Media

We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in our media, please inform our team before the tour begins.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be resolved under Omani jurisdiction.
